Presentation & Philosophy

Wonderfluff offers services focused on canine well-being and learning in Monnetier-Mornex.

Dogs evolve in a safe, warm environment without cages or kennels, directly attached to my home. They also benefit from a 1,500 m² countryside outdoor space.

Our approach is based on:

• Guided socialization

• Nature walks

• Stimulating games

• Physical and mental enrichment

• Respectful, positive training

• Individualized follow-up

Admission Conditions

To join the Wonderfluff pack, each dog must:

• Be identified (microchip or tattoo)

• Be up to date with vaccinations: Rabies, CHPPi core vaccines (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Kennel Cough), Leptospirosis

• Be treated against fleas/ticks/parasites

• Be sociable, or at least able to be around other dogs without constant or repeated aggression

• Be in good health (any issue must be disclosed beforehand)

• Not present severe behavioural disorders that have not been reported

Wonderfluff reserves the right to refuse or send home any dog whose presence compromises its own safety or that of others.

First Meeting

A first meeting and trial session are always required to:

• Evaluate the dog’s behaviour

• Check group integration

• Assess specific needs

Wonderfluff may interrupt a session if the dog shows excessive stress or risk.

Health, Injuries & Veterinary Emergencies

In case of injury, discomfort, intense stress, or incident:

• Necessary measures are taken immediately (separation, first aid, calming)

• You will be contacted as soon as possible and kept informed

• In an emergency, the dog may be taken to Wonderfluff’s designated veterinarian (Clinique Vétérinaire Univet Vetraz l’Europe, 33 chemin des 3 Noyers, 74100 Vétraz-Monthoux) or another clinic if unavailable

Veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner, unless proven negligence from Wonderfluff.

Behaviour & Safety

The owner must report any specific behaviour:

• Escaping

• Destruction

• Reactivity

• Aggression

• Separation anxiety

• Generalized anxiety

• History of biting

• Recent injuries

• House-soiling

If a dog integrates poorly or behaves dangerously, Wonderfluff may:

• Temporarily isolate the dog in a safe, comfortable way

• Request early pickup

• Refuse future bookings

Personal Belongings & Food

Owners must provide:

• The dog’s usual food (to prevent digestive issues)

• The dog’s health booklet

• Any accessory they consider important

Wonderfluff provides:

• Bedding

• Toys

• Treats

• Bowls (classic or slow-feeder)

• Training equipment

Wonderfluff is not responsible for damage to personal items made available to dogs (toys, plushies, bowls, clothes, beds, etc.).

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via:

• WhatsApp

• Phone

• Message

Cancellations:

• Less than 48h: full payment is due (except force majeure)

• Otherwise: flexibility is offered within reasonable limits

Non-payment may result in service suspension.

Dog Responsibility

By using Wonderfluff’s services, the owner confirms:

• Their dog is covered by liability insurance

• Their dog is vaccinated and healthy

• Their dog does not present behaviours likely to endanger others

Wonderfluff cannot be held responsible if:

• A dog gets hurt while playing or walking

• A conflict occurs between dogs despite supervision and precautions

• A health issue arises without fault from the handler

Images, Photos & Videos

Wonderfluff often shares photos or videos of the dogs (privately, on social media, or for communication).

Owners may refuse public sharing at any time with a simple written request.

Facility Evolution & Service Development

Wonderfluff is growing and evolving:

• Progressive setup of “bedroom-style” spaces

• Constant improvement of equipment

• No kennels or cages planned—ever

• A cosy, family-style, “just like home” environment

Services evolve regularly to maximise dogs’ well-being.

Acceptance of the Rules

Any booking or presence at Wonderfluff implies full, unconditional acceptance of the present regulations.
